Mrs. Marlena Franson

My name is Marlena Franson and I will be your child’s Pre-Kindergarten EA this year. This is my 1st year at Maryview and my 6th year as an EA.
I graduated from Red Deer College with my EA certificate in 2015. I have worked with students of all ages from Pre-k - grade 12. The majority of my time has been working with Pre-k as well as in the learning commons as a Librarian.
I have been married for 20 years now and have 3 children. My husband Kurt is a home builder and is the co owner of Homes by Greenstone. Our oldest is Julia, 19, who will be attending college in Vancouver for film acting next year. Ava, 16, is our middle child and she is in grade 11 at Notre Dame, and our youngest Noah, 12, is in grade 7 at Camille J Lerouge.
